Founded in 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona with a simple vision “That if we could provide our customers confidence knowing that they are working with the most innovative, creative, forward thinking, technologically advanced companies focused on producing results, we could reach our dreams and make a difference in the community we serve”.

With the vision set in place the company focused on a principle of fostering the employees’ professional development. BPG through this principal became more than just a place of employment for our community, but has become a vehicle that allows all of our team members to grow and improve their professional skills and have a positive impact improving their lives.

Meet Our Management Team

Ben Goddard


Mr. Goddard is the President and CEO of BPG based in Tempe, Arizona. He founded BPG in March of 2000 and leads a team of professionals with a vision to give our clients the confidence in knowing they are working with one of the most forward thinking, innovative, technology advanced companies focused on producing results. Prior to founding BPG, Ben entered the utility industry in 1993 and held various positions with a Phoenix based broadband, civil engineering and telecommunication design build firm. Ben continues today to be very involved in industry trends by participating on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Utility Contractors Association (AZUCA) and served as the President from 2013 through 2015.

Justin Platchek


Mr. Platchek is the Chief Operations Officer of BPG based in Tempe, Arizona. He started his career with the US Air Force, in the 944th Fighter Wing, Civil Engineering Squadron. Justin joined the company in 2006, he worked his way through the various departments in the company, developing a deep knowledge of all aspects of the company’s operations. With each new position, he acquired additional responsibilities that contributed his knowledge and leadership skills. Justin’s work ethic, dedication and ability to successfully complete challenging projects led to his appointment as General Manager in 2012. Today, Justin oversees all facets of the day to day operations of the company, including the designs, construction, mapping, and administrative functions. He is involved in community activities and dedicates his time to charitable causes. In his spare time, he spends time with his wife and son. He enjoys golfing, deep sea fishing and spending time in the dunes. Justin also serves on the board of directors of the Arizona Utility Contractors Association (AZUCA).

Jeanine Remley


Ms. Remley joined BPG as Controller in 2016. With 40 years of progressively responsible experience, she has managed accounting and finance functions for companies ranging in size and complexity from privately owned local businesses to publically traded entities. Jeanine’s experience has been predominantly in the financial services sector, but also includes the telecommunications and construction industries. Her finance experience includes project management, systems conversions, and work flow efficiency projects, as well as budgeting, forecasting, cash management and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining BPG, Jeanine served as the SVP/Regional Controller at Bank of America; VP/Director of Finance, Home National Bank and held other controllership and executive positions at other financial service companies. Jeanine holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degrees from Arizona State University. She maintains an active CPA license in the state of Arizona. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Scott Tubbs

Director, Business Development & Marketing

Scott’s background spans over 20 years with a focus on creating efficiencies through developing and implementing operational processes and procedures, project management best practices and client focus. Prior to joining BPG, Scott was an original partner of Corporate Technology Solutions, Inc. and served as the VP/Chief Operating Officer from 2002-2014. Scott started his career in the industry at Netcom Management Group, Inc. where he held several management positions and later became the Vice President of Operations. Prior to entering the industry, Scott owned Gold Top Management Group providing management services to musical instrument retail stores in Southern California. Today, Scott continues to be a driven leader by continually seeking out new ways to enhance the company’s performance by focusing on education, technology and employee development.

Brian Bejarano

Director, Design Department

Mr. Bejarano oversees the day to day activities of the BPG Design Department. Brian successfully leads a team of skilled surveyors and drafting team’s here at BPG. With over 20 years of experience in construction, utility and civil engineering services, Brian is able to guide and lead his team with precision and a focus on producing only the highest quality of product for our clients. Prior to joining BPG, Brian worked at Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc. from 2003-2014 as a Survey Field Crew Chief, Survey Field Coordinator, Survey Project Manager, and Survey Manager. From 2001-2003 Brian was the Field Crew Chief at Entranco Engineers. Prior to entering the industry, Brian played professional baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays from 1995-1999.

Mike Sullivan

Director, Construction Department

Mr. Sullivan joined BPG as the Director of Construction in 2019. He and his team closely manage safety, quality, budget, and materials to deliver quality projects on time and on budget. Mike brought over 35 years of Military and Corporate experience to BPG, having served in the U.S. Army in an Active-Duty, Reserve, and National Guard capacity as Armor Specialist, Vehicle Maintenance/Fleet Management and Aviation. Following Active-Duty, Mike built a career in Communications, starting as a union lineman before moving into Engineering/Operations, advancing to executive positions during his 30+ year tenure. He’s managed both nation-wide new-build projects as well as operations of established networks. Mike serves as a board member and team leader for several NGO's, using his military and communications expertise in disaster relief coordination and field deployment of resources. His humanitarian efforts currently provide food, clinics, potable water, schooling, and housing for the distressed in Haiti, Iraq and Africa.

Mike Tiffin

Director, Technologies Department

Since 2000, Mr. Tiffin has held leadership positions with both privately and publicly owned companies in the industry. He brings professional guidance and management skills from his natural tendency to lead and his years of business operations experience. Mike is responsible for the quality and professional delivery of each project. Additionally, Mike focuses on the continual training and professional development of employees. Mike’s dedication to customer satisfaction, communication and care are the key standards for achieving BPG’s goals and the goals of our customers.

Garrett McFadden

Vice President, BPG Technologies

With over 18 years of experience, Mr. McFadden, through his hard work and dedication, started in the industry in field operations then quickly moved into various management positions throughout his career. Today, he serves as Vice President and Partner of BPG Technologies. Garrett has in-depth understanding of the design and installation of all the services BPG provides today. He focuses on optimizing and growing the business through both existing and new client base and developing new business strategies for the organization. Prior to joining BPG, Garrett held various management positions with Corporate Technologies Solutions, LLC and Tel Tech Networks, Inc. from 1999-2014.
